Because each category is handled differently, this policy explains your rights and our obligations clearly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By purchasing from FortunesForetold.com, you agree to the terms below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Overview<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fortunes Foretold offers three types of products:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Physical products \u2013 items shipped to your address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digital products \u2013 files, downloads, online content, emailed reports, or automated readings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intangible services \u2013 personalized sessions, live or recorded readings, consultations, or one-of-a-kind work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Each has its own refund rules to protect both customers and our creators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Physical Products<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.1 Eligibility for Returns<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You may request a return within 30 days of receiving a physical product if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The item arrived damaged or defective<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You received the incorrect item<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging (if not defective)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>2.2 Non-Returnable Physical Items<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Opened or used items (unless defective upon arrival)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personalized or custom-made products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clearance or final-sale items<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>2.3 How to Request a Return<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Email orders@fortunesforetold.com<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Order number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Description of the issue<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photos (if item is damaged or defective)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>2.4 Return Shipping Costs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Our error (defects, wrong item): We cover return shipping.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All other returns: Customer pays return shipping.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>2.5 Refund Timing<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Processing may take 5\u201310 business days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Digital Products<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(Digital readings, downloadable content, online reports, emailed files, automated or generated content)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.1 All Digital Sales Are Final<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because digital items are instantly accessible and cannot be returned, they are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.2 Exceptions (Case-by-Case)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A refund may be granted if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You did not receive the digital product<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A technical error prevented access<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A duplicate order was submitted accidentally<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The wrong item was delivered due to our system error<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Contact orders@fortunesforetold.com within 7 days of purchase to request help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Intangible Services<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Live readings, personalized consultations, custom forecasts, appointments, personalized reports, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.1 Non-Refundable Services<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Intangible services require time, preparation, and personalized work. For this reason:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All completed services are non-refundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.2 Canceling or Rescheduling Appointments<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment may be refunded or rescheduled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cNo-shows\u201d for scheduled services do not qualify for refunds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>4.3 If We Cancel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If Fortunes Foretold must cancel a scheduled session, you may choose either:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A full refund, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A rescheduled appointment at no additional charge<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Order Cancellations<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Physical Products<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting us at orders@fortunesforetold.com<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but may qualify for return.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Digital Products<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cannot be canceled once delivered or accessed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Intangible Services<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Can be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Exchanges (Physical Items Only)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We offer exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To request an exchange, email orders@fortunesforetold.com<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. International Orders<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If products are shipped internationally:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Delivery times may vary by region<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Return shipping for international orders is the customer\u2019s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged\/incorrect<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are not refundable and may be charged by your country<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>8.
