Thank you for shopping with Fortunes Foretold. We provide a combination of physical products, digital goods, and intangible services (such as readings, consultations, or personalized guidance). Because each category is handled differently, this policy explains your rights and our obligations clearly.

1. Overview
Fortunes Foretold offers three types of products:
- Physical products – items shipped to your address.
- Digital products – files, downloads, online content, emailed reports, or automated readings.
- Intangible services – personalized sessions, live or recorded readings, consultations, or one-of-a-kind work.
Each has its own refund rules to protect both customers and our creators.
2. Physical Products
2.1 Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving a physical product if:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the incorrect item
- The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging (if not defective)
2.2 Non-Returnable Physical Items
- Opened or used items (unless defective upon arrival)
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Clearance or final-sale items
2.3 How to Request a Return
Email orders@fortunesforetold.com
with:
- Order number
- Your name
- Description of the issue
- Photos (if item is damaged or defective)
2.4 Return Shipping Costs
- Our error (defects, wrong item): We cover return shipping.
- All other returns: Customer pays return shipping.
2.5 Refund Timing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Processing may take 5–10 business days.
3. Digital Products
(Digital readings, downloadable content, online reports, emailed files, automated or generated content)
3.1 All Digital Sales Are Final
Because digital items are instantly accessible and cannot be returned, they are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
3.2 Exceptions (Case-by-Case)
A refund may be granted if:
- You did not receive the digital product
- A technical error prevented access
- A duplicate order was submitted accidentally
- The wrong item was delivered due to our system error

4. Intangible Services
Live readings, personalized consultations, custom forecasts, appointments, personalized reports, etc.
4.1 Non-Refundable Services
Intangible services require time, preparation, and personalized work. For this reason:
All completed services are non-refundable.
4.2 Canceling or Rescheduling Appointments
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment may be refunded or rescheduled.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
- “No-shows” for scheduled services do not qualify for refunds.
4.3 If We Cancel
If Fortunes Foretold must cancel a scheduled session, you may choose either:
- A full refund, or
- A rescheduled appointment at no additional charge
5. Order Cancellations
Physical Products
- Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting us at orders@fortunesforetold.com
- Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but may qualify for return.
Digital Products
- Cannot be canceled once delivered or accessed.
Intangible Services
- Can be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
6. Exchanges (Physical Items Only)
We offer exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

7. International Orders
If products are shipped internationally:
- Delivery times may vary by region
- Return shipping for international orders is the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged/incorrect
- Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are not refundable and may be charged by your country
